Pre-Owned Home Inspections

Many issues can be present in a home. Some of which the seller may know nothing about. We will provide you with a thorough inspection to reveal issues that may be present and give you peace of mind with your new home purchase.

New Home Inspections

Several issues can go unnoticed or even unchecked by the builder and the city/county inspectors due to the fast pace at which new homes are built. We have never performed a new home inspection and not found issues.

One Year Warranty Inspections

Once the builder’s one-year warranty expires, any issues found will not be addressed by the builder and may not be found until years later. This could mean you, as the homeowner would be responsible for these issues when you sell the home. Let us help you with those issues before your warranty expires.

Pre-Listing Inspections

When you are selling your home, the new buyer will hire an inspector to inspect your home for them. Often, the issues found by their inspector can cause delays or even a termination in the transaction. Let us identify those items so you can correct them before you list your home.

Maintenance Inspections

Homeowners who have been in their homes for some time may consider hiring a trained, professional to show them the items in need of maintenance, so they don’t become a more expensive repair later.
