Sewer Line Scopes

Rose Inspections can have your main sewer line scoped. A sewer line scope is a video inspection of the main sewer line leading from the house at/near the foundation and connecting to the city tap or septic tank.
Why have the sewer line scoped? In most cases, the homeowner is responsible for the main sewer line from the house to the main tap, normally found in the street or alley. If there are any issues with the main sewer line the cost of the repair/replacement is the responsibility of the homeowner. Sewer line issues can be present in any home and can go undetected for many years.
